Our property upon arrival was spotless. Victory even offered a luggage assist option that made moving in as simple as walking through the front door. We had the unfortunate luck of being there during an intense tropical storm that left us we some minor flooding to our unit. The owner of Victory personally checked on us 3 times in 2 days to make sure we were comfortable. He went as far as bringing us new towels, and finding restaurants open during the storm that was offering carry out. Even though we opted to stay in that unit, Victory offered us a choice of several other units to move to and offered to take care of our luggage again. Great rental - house was exactly as described and it was super clean. Very well stocked and comfortable. We stay in this area every year, but this is the first time we’ve rented from Victory. We happened to be there during the recent storm and flash flooding and the Victory team was extremely responsive to the few minor issues that we had. Our family (of 10) have now rented through VBV for the past 3 seasons for vacations in Kure Beach. We enjoy all the elements of this small community on the beach for a summer vacation. Our first choice continues to be VBV as someone that we can rely on to provide us with well-maintained properties and great customer service. We loved the house, beach cottage! It was nice & clean with lots of room for little kids toys & games & puzzles. We loved having 2 refridgerators, huge plus for a large family. Also the elevator was a big help loading & unloading. Read more >
