Stayed up and down the coast of Pleasure Island, used VRBO and other rental companies. Victory Beach has been the best experience out of all of them. And the only one I use now. Reservation folks are friendly and helpful, the rentals are always clean and comfortable, truly never had to contact them which means property is managed well🙂. This is the third time I have rented through Victory Beach (month+ annual rentals), and I am always impressed with their "Southern Hospitality" and prompt responses. My email questions are answered immediately. When I requested a special accommodation, they acted upon it immediately. When I needed to have medical supplies sent to me through Amazon they offered for me to send them to their office. When the coffee pot broke in our rental, they shipped over a new one in minutes.....These are just a few examples of the reasons that I would rent only through Victory Beach when we come to Carolina Beach. Vacation was wonderful. House was fully stocked. Can only recommend 2 things: 1) a new Keurig water canister is needed as the one on the coffee maker is cracked/broken, which makes putting the lid on difficult 2) a vacuum that works on carpet and flooring. We tried to vacuum several times during our stay and the vacuum was not very effective on the bare floor and would not roll it all on the area rugs.
