Our rental was clean, beautifully decorated, nice appliances, and cookware. We eat in, very nice to have all the comforts of home. Additionally, the house was ready early. We had a few little items that popped up after hours (isn't that always the way), very responsive, timely, and fixed.

It is very evident the owner cares about their home. A few items to update, bathroom doors on 2nd level, need to be real doors, not slatted. You can hear everything. Master bathroom windows need window treatments (shades/blinds).

Downstairs & outdoor shower water pressure was non existent, very poor & frustrating for those family members on that level.
