This recent office visit was disappointing. The atmosphere in the office seemed cold. What in the past seemed like a familiar and “part of the family” environment has dissolved. Everyone is about “doing their job” and there's very little interaction beyond a superficial hello. The emphasis is all about making sure I pay for all the services and follow all the rules, but not on my well being. I keep having the sense that I am a chore and just another task to be completed.
