The staff and doctors have been very helpful with my puppy's frequent health problems. Everything seems to get resolved quickly and the prices are typical for this area (maybe even a little lower than the other place I went in town). The facility is nice and I like that they respond to emails so I don't have to call about every little thing.

Thank you to Dr. Waxman for being a wonderful and caring vet for my dog. My dog was diagnosed with a very rare ad difficult to diagnose tumor and Dr. Waxman went far and beyond to diagnose it and help us to find a treatment. Dr. Waxman always made himself available to us. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!!!

4 stars are all from my boyfriend. Why? I didn’t get in. Apparently the receptionist said twice only one owner allowed to be in the LOBBY,and the first time I thought she meant only one allowed to get into the room with the doctor(bc the lobby was so empty)...so I had to go outside. I had my period and after waiting in the wind for at least half hour, got worse cramps... I still don’t get it. Why don’t you just let us know that only one owner gets to be in your place ahead of time? Like in the confirmation email and message? why you asked me out, when there was only another one person in the rather spacious lobby? It was so windy outside today... I really don’t like how you kick people outside without telling them ahead, what if it’s heavy snowing or pouring raining? although my bf said the doctor and nurse were really nice!
