Dr. Kwon and the whole staff were very kind and incredibly helpful in helping me with my cat at a stressful moment. Dr. Kwon explained everything really well and did not perform unnecessary tests and my cat loved her! I was able to get an appointment for the next day as an existing client (even though I had been away for two years) to help my cat as she was having an eye problem. The examination room was quiet and had a nice window that made my cat very calm and at home. My only suggestion is to maybe look into separating dogs from cats in waiting areas as this can be quite stressful for cats (and other dogs I'm sure) when a dog is barking too much in the waiting area. I hope that the Veterinaire Pet Care management will look into joining the The Cat Friendly Practice Program.

No bad experiences

We took our brand new puppy here and had great care from start to finish (we moved out of state). The doctor and staff were all very helpful and prompt with email questions. Our pup ended up with a fractured elbow at just three months old (😭) but she was referred immediately to a specialist and she healed beautifully. She got spayed and microchipped here though and everything went smoothly. I was that annoying pawrent who kept emailing about the healing process and the vet tech who replied was super prompt, kind and reassuring. I’m glad I chose this place for my dog’s care and well being. Would return if in the area and would definitely recommend.
