Excellent care here! I came in SUPER frazzled after attempting to herd my cats, had more of an attitude than I like to admit, but they were *the most* understanding and caring. My sweet kitty was handled with a calm and caring demeanor. What I imagined would be a nightmare appointment (first time outside for my kitty), turned out to be a breeze!

August 2022-We had an amazing first visit with our dog today ! The vet was thorough and informative , it also helped that our dog loved her ! This was the first time ever that I was allowed with her at that visit (our previous vet did not allow owners back with covid policies). Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a vet in the downtown jersey city area !
January 2023- update, still so pleased with amazing care . We had an urgent care visit gone wrong this past weekend and the office was able to squeeze our pup in for a visit today and address missed diagnosis by urgent care. Thank you Dr.Kwon& Caitlin & all of the staff for taking such great care of our fur baby.

Dr. Waxman is one of the best vets I’ve ever taken my cats to. He carefully considers everything you tell him and takes your concerns seriously but also doesn’t make you feel panicked about whatever the issue is. He’s very knowledgeable and I trust what he recommends. Visits to the vet can be stressful and even sometimes upsetting, but this office creates the best experience possible.
