They are amazing! It was a quick process, no waiting and they made sure my pup was examined to the fullest

Lovely staff and very professional. Safety first and always provides masks when I forget to. Scheduling is easy, provides reminders, and the check-in and appointments are smooth.

Clean environment, knowledgeable and caring staff. Front desk are always sweet and accommodating. I like the separate entrance for cats and dogs as well, so the fur babies don't get flustered while waiting for their turn in the spacious lobby. They also accept Credit Care.

EDIT: The manager called back and fixed the situation. They are very responsive to customers which is great. I would normally not recommend to be a Karen... but in this case, speaking to the manager was a great a idea! Going back to 5-star review for responsive customer service.

3/8/23 review edit: dropping a star because of a follow up experience... I called about getting a prescription refilled but was put on hold as the reception had to consult a vet, the call dropped... stuff happens. However, they did not call back after the call dropped and I called back twice however this time I was not answered so I left a message, maybe they were still busy? Anyways, I waited over an hour and called back again since they didnt reach out, turns out a note was left on my file they wanted me to come back and get more bloodwork before they renewed a prescription, thats fine, but...

Not inexpensive but very helpful
