I really appreciate that they take the time to answer my questions, follow up with me to see how my cats are doing, and answer Q’s by email. Really great service! I feel my cats are very well taken care of by them. Very clean and quiet too, and it’s great that they keep cats and dogs separate.

We’ve been taking our labrador to Veterinaire pet care for 2.5 years and couldnt be happier. We see Dr Durga or Dr Kwan and both of them are so caring and thoughtful. They never over prescribe or over sell any supplements/food/diets and always want to promote natural healing above all. They are quick to respond to all our queries and follow ups.

I have to give this place 5 stars because the amount of care and attention my cat received made me feel so taken care of. My cat peed herself and her carrier after arriving at the vets, and they held onto her for a few hours as we needed to get a urine sample. They said they would clean her up by the time we were ready to go home, however, I didnt expect them to bathe her and to also wash/disinfect the fabric carrier I brought 🥹 other vets I've been to have been reluctant to offer pee pads to go home with but the techs at this office went above and beyond to care for my baby and give her dignity in a time of stress. After the appointment she was visibly much calmer than when she arrived so I know she was handled with care in my absence as well. Thank you for treating our animals with dignity and care and respect. ❤️
