Overall I’m pleased, however, I’m a little uneasy that everything happens behind closed doors - like even nail trimmings… I made a comment today to this effect and it was received but completely ignored. I even asked about going back with them today when my cat was having her sutures removed and was told no. They can literally make up any reason they want to justify why I’m not allowed back, but I feel like they should shift their mindset and practices to one that’s more pet parent centric, when it doesn’t interfere with health and safety, and operate on the assumption that parents want to be present with their pets at the vet regardless of the procedure and how long it might take.

Still unsure if this is the right place for me and my pet but I’ll give them the opportunity to make a meaningful attempt to address the issue mentioned above. Read more >

Hands down the best experience with a Vet office I have had with any of my dogs. They were able to accommodate an urgent last minute appointment right before a big move.
