This vet office has been invaluable in the health and safety of my cat! Our first visit included a comprehensive intake exam with a very clear outline of concerns, tests, treatment options, and results. A few weeks later, we were squeezed in for an emergency visit (and I mean squeezed, the doctor was booked all the way up and they made a few extra minutes for us), the staff and doctors were enthusiastic about taking good care of our cat and communicating clearly with me. After both of these appointments, I received follow up emails (from real people, not robots!) asking how my cat was and if there were any side effects to medications. It made me feel so much better to have an open line of dialogue available to me if anything came up. I am so appreciative to have such an attentive vet service in Jersey City and I feel that my cat is extremely taken care of. Read more >

I found the staff helpful and friendly. This is an awesome veterinary practice that detected a potentially fatal disease early on. Their recommendations for treatments resulted in us getting the type of care that gave us more years with her rather than months. We feel so blessed.
