They were able to get Annie in for bloodwork quickly and easily. They were compassionate about Annie's care (she's a senior and getting anxiety). Lauren and the front of house staff were great about at least three times back and forth on the phone with my calling and asking about "which panel did we need?" and then, "Oh hey, she's throwing up, should we get a different panel?" And, "Are kidney levels related to enzymes being off from the last panel, etc?" I felt bad about calling three times to make one "simple" appointment but no one made me feel like I was being annoying. Everyone understood my questions were just normal pet parent* questions to make sure we were doing right for Annie. *perhaps helicopter pet mom questions, LOL
