Our little girl Pearl was originally scheduled to come in later in the week but was experiencing some tummy issues. The staff was quick to get her in day of, once I called about possibly moving the appointment to earlier. Dr. Kwon was attentive, reassuring and took great care of Pearl. The staff were able to go over all pricing with me before hand, gave me the choice to take out any purchases and were very understanding. But the big thing was the service didn’t stop there. Katherine was AMAZING at taking my many calls after the fact and letting me know I can always come back in should Pearly need it. Baby Ginger went for her final shots and per usual Dr. Durga did an amazing job, i tell you not all heroes wear capes. Dr. Waxman is doing an amazing job with the practice. I couldn’t be happier! Their nurses Carmen, Joey, Selena and Kim per usual did their best to make us comfortable on the new journey with our baby girl!
