VanDam and Krusinga Building and Restoration

Our roof had a severe leak, due to a storm. Our bathroom, and hallway suffered water damage. Our garage and back door had broken windows as well. We called around for estimates, only to have contractors over estimate and not show. We found Ban Dam and Krusinga, Steve their estimater arrived on time and very proffesonal. He worked within our budget/insurance amount. Their workers behaved in a very professional manner the entire time. They started their work on time, completed their respective assignments when stated. They smiled and where curtious when working. Their work is top notch, great attention to detail, they fixed little things that made the difference. I will be a returning costumer if I'm in need of home repairs. Thank you very much for the fine work!!

Back on March 8th 2017 the majority of southern Michigan experienced severe high winds knocking out power for several days and left behind major wind damage for many Michigan residents including myself. I have several large mature trees in my yard and unfortunately I had a tree come down and go through my roof. Along with the structural damage I also ended up with water damage inside. I made a call to Vandam & Krusinga and I'm very thankful that I did. They came out immediately and did a proper emergency repair job to stop the furthering of water damage which worked like it should. They helped walk me through the insurance claim process being I had never experienced anything like this before. VanDam and Krusinga recently completed a project at my home of a tear-off and new roof, new vinyl soffit, roof insulation and some exterior painting. I am completely delighted with the quality of the work performed. I am very detail oriented and I found that absolutely every detail of the job was completed to my high standards and expectations. I truly feel that they care about the quality of their work as much as I do. I believe the project would not have been completed to this high standard had I hired another company. Called for an estimate for a siding job. Steve Herder was at my house within two days ! Estimate was provided the very next day ! Wow !! Before VDK, I coud'nt get a contractor to even show up for an estimate. The siding was ordered and within 2 weeks the job was complete. VanDam and Krusinga did some work for some wind damage to our house. The house required a new roof as well as some siding repair. The workmanship of the repair was exceptional. As the work was being completed any concern or question that arose was addressed right away. Satisfaction was top priority for this repair. We appreciate the work that was done.
