The inspector, Martin, did a very thorough and detailed inspection of the house under contract. He then took my husband and I on a tour of the house as he presented all of his findings and answered any questions we had. It can be a dubious experience asking an inspector to inspect a home for sale when you don't know one personally. My Realtor recommended Valley Building Inspections and I couldn't be happier that she did! The inspection was thorough, the Inspector reviewed his findings with me in detail as we walked through the property looking at each item individually. I was also presented with a very detailed report, including photos of items of concern. The report included an additional section listing building materials for all major systems and structures of the home. Well done!
