Paul From Valley Building Inspections was very thorough and detailed. He was friendly and willing to answer all my questions.

The Inspector I normally use was out of town so I called Valley Home Inspections at his suggestion. I had the pleasure of working with Martin Garcia as he conducted the inspection on behalf of my Buyer. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and prepared a report with all appropriate photos making it easy to demonstrate where repairs are needed. Martin Garcia inspected my home. He was a delightful person to work with. He was very courteous in answering any questions I had regarding the house. He offered information that was and will be useful to me in the future. He inspected my home on a very hot afternoon in July. He was very thorough, nevertheless, and inspected the hot attic and roof.
