Valley Building Inspections

Prefessional and very detailed home inspection performed by Bob Walstead. Bob did a walk thru pointing out the good and the "bad" issues with our prospective home purchase. The report, with color pictures, was the "icing on the cake" Excellent report!

We had our first inspection for our home that is under construction. We have hired Valley Building Inspections to do 3 inspections for us, framing, pre-close and our 11-month post-close inspection. The first inspection went great, I am glad that Paul was able to locate items that even my OCD self didn't catch. I look forward to the next 2 phases in our home ownership. Thank you!

Martin is very good at explaining things in the review process. So many inspectors are alarmist and make it seem like the home will fall down!!

Bob was awesome. He had already been at the place for a couple of hours doing a thorough inspection. This house is pending foreclosure so we were nervous. Bob installed his own batteries into the thermostat -- so we were pleasantly surprised to be walking into a cool environment (a real bonus on a hot AZ afternoon). Bob was very patient as he explained everything to us; my wife arrived much later and he was quite happy to go through the entire walk again for her.
