Ana M did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment!! Attention to detail was wonderful, very happy with the clean!

Ana is great! I kept finding these little flourishes after she left- towel folds, paper towel folds. It was like a treasure hunt! My place looked great and I hope she comes again. Lovely woman!

My cleaning project had been rejected by four Chicago-based cleaning companies as being a “biohazard” (the culprit, dried milk, is not a biohazard; it’s just difficult to remove). And a previous cleaner spent more time on their phone than they did cleaning, which ended up being four hours charged for wiping a counter and mopping a floor for which they charged me “deep cleaning.”

Val’s Cleaning Services took on the project without being judgmental and Lisbeth was never on the phone! I’m already planning my next project with them since I’m so satisfied with their thoroughness and performance.
