Finding a trustworthy/reliable home cleaning service in Chicago can be difficult, but Val’s was so easy to communicate with, schedule online, bill by credit card, all those little things that really make a difference when working with a vendor. The team at Val’s services provide great service. Booking is simple—you talk to a real person each time and are quickly take care of, very customer oriented and polite in every interaction I’ve had. You get reminders the week of your service and can always reach out if something needs to be adjusted.

We’ve been a customer for the last 6 months. I only meant to get things cleaned around the holidays but they did such a good job that it’s a wonderful monthly treat.

Each time we’ve had a cleaning we’ve been happy, in particular we appreciate Ana M.’s service and detail orientation. We request to work with Ana for our regular monthly cleaning but other members of the team provide a great service from our experience.
