To no fault of Utopian's there have been issues with Amazon and deactivations that we have dealt with. The team has been on top of each issue working diligently to solve each problem. The VAs take care of most aspects of running the store and tend to do so as if it was their own. Only a couple of issues relating to timing of meetings and some interaction with customers - but this was easily resolved. Alas profits from sales haven’t covered the cost of the service provided to date, but that isn’t just down to the VAs but the store performance and moving forward the VAs should hopefully yield better profits and pay for themselves.
