Utopia Home Staging was amazing to work with! They gave me three levels of staging to choose from all customizable to my own home. I was reluctant to put my house on the market during a time when real estate took a turn and the market was unpredictable. I was nervous to spend money on staging if my house was going to sit for months! However we received a full offer in 17 days, while the same homes in my complex continue to sit for 60+ days. They went above and beyond and helped me do even some small handyman work around the house. I did not get to the point of using Utopia's staging services, as I wasn't selling, but rather simply seeking advice.

Scott from Utopia happened to be a professional colleague of my Realtor, who had acted as agent for my condo purchase.

I called Utopia and left a voicemail explaining what I needed; Scott returned the call right away; and came over the next day. So right there, you can tell they are a customer-oriented, responsive organization!

Scott was very friendly and helpful. I was contemplating a design change to my kitchen lighting. Scott didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, which was that it was a great idea and would work fine. I appreciated that though, since my planned project was unrealistic and based upon my complete ignorance of structure and design.
