Crunch Round Rock

I've been coming to crunch round rock for over a year now and have had a great experience at this gym. It has all the equipment you need and is very clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Tim. Tim always greets you when you walk into the gym, and is always available to get you any equipment you need from the desk. The staff and all the regulars are friends, which always makes you feel welcome at the gym. Great atmosphere, definitely recommend this gym!

The staff at crunch round rock is really nice! Especially Tim, when I was having trouble with my login he got right on it. And even showed me how to use the app. Extremely helpful and nice!!

I joined Crunch Round Rock about a year and a half ago. The gym and equipment is always clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Tim. Im always greeted with a smile. Crunch is somewhere that I always feel comfortable going after a long day. It truly is a judgment free zone. Highly recommend!

Tim is amazing! Always upbeat when he greats me when I come in, 5am or 9pm! He always tells me “Don’t have a good workout, have a GREAT workout!” And it makes my day! Thanks Tim! Keep making peoples day a little bit better! (:

8/10 gym, customer service and most not all employees here are 2/10. Never greeted like a gym member, just someone that interrupts their day. Since this post, things have changed from, what’s up, to hi, how are you. Nice to see this positive change!

I live across a gym but drive to Crunch for the value and atmosphere. The amenities and classes offered are below cost compared to other gyms. The trainers & staff are friendly. If you’ve been wanting to get in shape but can’t find the motivation, join Brian’s HIIT class. His high energy makes time go by fast. I’ve lost 22lbs in 3mos ;)

I have only used this gym to take the cycling classes and wanted to leave a review on my experience. Eli and Bethany are the best instructors, they are both entertaining and motivational. I always leave feeling better than when I came in thanks to them
