I had carpal tunnel surgery in both hands and wanted to rehab them while working out. Luckily I got assigned Joseph Elias as my personal trainer at Crunch and he took care of me, showing me techniques that allowed me to sweat without painful palm pressures. I would recommend you ask for him by name when getting a trainer at Crunch!
