I have personally never been to THIS crunch gym. I accidentally signed up for this location rather then where I am located at. They were nothing but helpful about the whole process and did as much as possible to help me get my account switched to the other location I am supposed to be using. I personally wish I lived in this area and could just use this gym rather then my actual location where they were not as helpful and very rude about the whole situation.
