OMG!! My trainer just weighed me in for the first time after my first session w her😱🤯 after only 5 sessions w/ her and healthy diet I’ve lost 8 lbs! I was at a lowest point in my health with being 201 lbs and eating bad.. but after meeting w the GM for a consultation he hooked me up with my trainer Michelle, she’s really helped me get to where I am at today and I’m not even done‼️If your looking for a gym check out Crunch fitness!! The best local gym option around! The team makes you feel like family, and the classes ensure you never regret a workout! COVID safety is always important to the facility, and they really do everything they can from taking temp at the door to signage to positioning equipment at proper distances and requiring masks when not actively working out. I have been a member since Crunch opened this location , and Crunch Fitness -Round Rock is simply the best place to work out. The owners are concerned about their members and are always updating us on changes, class additions, seeking our feedback on how to make the gym better and since day 1 of the Covid crisis they have made sure that there members are in a safe and clean place. The front desk staff are personable, genuine, and give you a great first impression of the gym. The fitness instructors / classes are first rate, ,hit to spin there is a variety for everyone. This gym is my favorite gym all time!! They work with you, they have the friendliest and people natured staff/instructors for their classes.. they pump you up and keep you motivated to keep focus on your health goals! Love the Zumba class, Ride (spin) classes are amazing!! literally love the row equipment and the gym is very clean! Also, I needed to cancel my membership as they've worked with me during covid since i have a high risk family member, so I haven't been able to go to the gym.. but Jeremy J was sooo understanding and not only helped me with a smooth transition request!
