I’ve been a member twice (pre and post pandemic shut down) and all experiences have been nothing but supportive, welcoming, accommodating and encouraging!

I would like to highlight my most recent interaction with a manager, Jeremy, at the Round Rock location. I called inquiring about my membership and needed some specific support that day. Jeremy was patient and empathetic and went far and away “above and beyond” to help me pertaining to my needs regarding my membership. He treated me like family and showed such compassion! I am beyond grateful for the care he showed and it should be recognized because it does not happen everywhere, that’s for sure. I will rejoin once I’m able appreciate so much the tailored service I was shown!

Crunch RR will continue to get my support even if it’s by way of positive word of mouth until I am able to join again!
