Crunch is definitely a place to go for those looking for a wide variety. Plenty of machines, free weights and classes. Sauna is fairly new. The front desk crew including Aileen and Donovan are very helpful and welcoming. The managing partner Jeremy is also helpful and will answer any questions you will have. Patrons are also kind and do a good job wiping down machines after each use.

My husband and I are new members, and we had a very positive experience at the front desk and overall with Jeremy. He gave us a very detailed explanation of everything and even did a short assessment to understand our motivations and goals. We are very excited to work toward our goals with a personalized trainer who was recommended to us. Having previous experience in CrossFit, we know how valuable it is to have a coach who can guide you and provide ongoing support. Overall, the facilities are clean, the childcare area is very well designed to keep children entertained while we parents work out, and I still need to explore the app and the facilities more.
