Just did my first HIIT training workout with Brian and it was great! Made a couple new friends and look forward to checking out more classes. It’s very close to where I live so that’s convenient!

This is the best gym I've had a membership with. I love the ample floor space for bodyweight workouts. There's a huge variety of equipment beyond just the machines and it's available to everyone. Nothing is locked behind personal training like other gyms I've been a member at. You do need to go to the front desk to ask for some pieces but they don't deny it if you're just working out on your own. I'm sure they just don't want the smaller things going missing. Lol

I do pay for once a week one-on-one personal training too and it's 100% worth it. My trainer Joseph has really pushed me to beat my personal best with lifting when I need it. He also pivots to easier but still productive work outs when I'm having an off day and need to take it easy. It's never a bad day when I get to work with Joseph.

My trainer Joseph is the BEST! I can’t believe how much he has taught me in such a small amount of time. I am learning to push my body to limits far greater than I thought I was capable of. Joseph is a genuinely kind person, is patient and TRULY knows what he is doing! During our first meeting, I shared my fitness goals and he has tailored a plan that works for me, that considers my goals, body type, and overall health. Not to mention, you can actually see that he genuinely loves what he does and actually cares about his clients! If I could give Crunch Fitness and Joseph 10 stars I would!!!

I came here as a visitor and had a great experience. I will certainly be placing membership after my visit! The facility is clean, the locker rooms are nice, and the amenity options are a great incentive. The front desk was warm and friendly and I was especially impressed with the welcoming and helpful attitude of one of their trainers, Joseph. Looking forward to coming back.
