Been going to crunch for awhile now. Really like the intense atmosphere as opposed to other gyms. Recently started with a trainer and it has made a big difference. Joseph has really taught me to do things the right and a lot more patience. Seeing results and it's paying off. He really listens to me and works with me to fit a good routine now. I trust he is going to help me find a healthy lifestyle.
