Seriously such an amazing and very welcoming experience. Since inwalked in the door, I was greeted with such a welcoming smile and asked how they could help serve me. I was there for my first orientation and I was so nervous but then was greeted amd welcomed by Jeremy Jacobs, a managing partner of that store. He definitely helped ease my berves and make sure I understood everything in the orientation. After he took me on a tour of the gym and made sure I new where everything was and at the end gave me hia card so i could reach out with any questions if they were to come. Since then, I did need assistance to where i needed to message him and ask for help and he always answers and reminds me not to hesitate to reach out again.
