Crunch Round Rock

Ian is so much fun, flexible and always on time. His crazy stories keep me motivated and I am planning to continue to work out with him.

The gym had a welcoming atmosphere. Ian was extremely helpful and expressed true interest in my fitness goals. There was no pressure for training, only valuable information to improve my training. If I am ever in need of a trainer, Ian would be someone I would reach out to for help. The gym had a lot to offer and was clean.

Been a member for about 3 months, working with Nico for personal training, and it’s been great! After two kids, I was pretty much starting from scratch, and he’s been an excellent teacher and motivator. Kids Crunch has been great with my kids, I wouldn’t be able to take the time to exercise without them.

I’ve been training with Nico and I’m a converted gym girly now who used to hate the idea of the gym! I feel so much stronger and have loved seeing my progress every week. Highly recommend!

I joined Crunch near the end of this last year after not exercising since the start of the pandemic. They welcomed me in and worked with me on pricing in order to get me what I needed in the form of a membership and a coach. I see Ian Sapp twice a week and he's been amazing to push me further than I ever thought I would be able to get in my current state. Even in such a short time, I've definitely seen improvement in my strength and stamina and I'm eager to keep working with him until I've got all the tools to keep going on my own. Definitely recommend both Crunch and Ian to anyone needing help getting going again!

This crunch fitness' staff have been S+ Tier. They are so friendly and the equipment is always clean. I really enjoy the time I spent there.

Nico was a great help, being very knowledgeable and friendly! He made me want to get after it in the gym and in health.
