I just joined Crunch Fitness and it’s been the best experience, especially because of Juliana my trainer. She pushes me to do better also sends me healthy meal ideas that I can eat. She goes above and beyond. I just want to say thank you Juliana for being patient with me.

Love this gym! Place is impeccably clean, amazing and friendly staff. Nico is great personal trainer, gave me realistic goals that i have been working on and by far have seen improvements on my end. I struggled to move about because of my back issues and he gave me a lot of pointers to correct them and adhere to my ADL without so much pain like i used to. I highly recommend Nico as a personal trainer!

Staff is polite and pleasant. My personal trainer Micaiah has been amazing in helping me get stronger after an injury.

Changing my review to 1 star. Micaiah is still amazing but not an employee there anymore. The way they go about making it so difficult to cancel the personal trainer subscription is ridiculous. Apparently, you have to give a 30 day notice… But seeing as they let go of my trainer without my knowledge (20 days before my next charge), they are now expecting ME to continue through this pay cycle…THEN put in my 30 days notice. This means I am locked in for another 50 days because of a VERY POOR decision to let go of one of their BEST TRAINER THERE. This was not a decision made by me therefore this charge should not be on me. I am going to make a completely separate bad review for my experience with Jeremy the GM.
