I have decided it's time to join a gym to round out my weight loss journey. I walked into the Round Rock location today and was greeted by Jeremy Jacobs. He welcomed me in, gave me a tour and even showed me how to use some of the equipment. I think he could tell that I was a little nervous since it was my first time in a gym. I cannot thank Jeremy enough for making me feel so comfortable and at ease in what can feel like an intimidating space. I look forward to my 1st proper workout! Read more >
