Absolutely love this place. Staff is friendly, instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and engaging. Jennifer and Brian are my absolutely favorite instructors! Also not to mention how clean the facility is and people actually re-rack their weights. Hydromassage is also a big plus 👍🏼. I’m glad this gym promotes a judgement free zone, I feel comfortable coming to the gym everyday knowing that I’m not going to be judged on my size or workout routines. I highly recommend this gym to anyone ♥️

Amazing environment with friendly motivated staff and the best kids club ever. The whole family actually enjoys going to the gym and the classes are awesome. I hate working out but love coming here to push myself and get support, everyone makes me feel welcome and confident.
