Below is my original review from over 4 years ago: Been with this practice for years! Their motto should be “Profits over People.” All these one star reviews are absolutely correct.... They’ve got the insurance game figured out and don’t mind inconveniencing you so, they can receive the maximum out of your insurance. I could go on and on but won’t, they’ve wasted too much of our time already. Give em’ a shot and you’ll figure it out soon enough! Update 5/5/2024: Several days after posting the above review, we were advised by Upstate Dermatology that my then 12-year-old was being dropped from this practice and that we were going to have to find a new dermatologist. I’m ok with that, they actually did us a huge favor! Upstate Dermatology had us coming in multiple times every month for years to receive treatments. Those treatments did not make...
