Double booking led me to leave after an hour plus to get to work on time, but the office then refused to release record of my prior appointmen diagnosis to another physician.

Doctor is fine. Administration is fine. But the physician assistants need to study harder and learn how to communicate better.

So many messages and important facts were missed by the doctor simply because the PA didn’t do her job adequately.

I’m not sure if this is a chastisement of the office, the specific PA or a general comment on the state of education and accountability in this country.

If you're 4 minutes late they refuse to see you.
