Arrogent, rude, all about the money.

Not trying to question their qualifications, but it’s purely just a business $$$$, they would book you appointments after appointments. That’s why you were able to get appointment with them so quickly. It’s worth the wait for a spot with other establish practices in this area, unless you have plenty of time for road trips and money don’t know how to spend.

Scheduled me with a PA without telling me I wasn't seeing an MD. I don't like paying to see a specialist and then not. The reminder message for a follow-up included 3 full minutes of instructions and admonitions concerning payments. They are all about the $$$. No wonder there are so many bad reviews.

I would never use this dermatologist again. Went to another one of their locations (chatham) was treated so horribly. I called and asked who I speak to regarding the matter because the nurse practitioner left me in tears and extremely upset. I was told by the receptionist she would make me a new appointment at the schodack location. She knew how upset I was because I was crying on the phone with her. I called to verify my new appointment and the receptionist says oh you didn't pay your copayment at the other location. I said no I didn't..first off the nurse practitioner literally did nothing and he nearly hit me with the door upon exiting because he was apparently upset with me. She says you still owe it so it'll be $120 today. No remorse or no call back on what happened to me or anything at their other location. I will be finding a new dermatologist. This is one business who cares...

Terrible office. They will make you come back multiple times for something that could be treated in one appointment. If you are 10 minutes late they will not see you even though they are always running late.

I can now see why this Practice has a 2.5 rating and you can get an immediate appt. Other reputable practices have a long waiting period to get an Appt because they are professional and see results, this place sucks money out of your wallet with no results, rude Dr and long waits, Dr stated "go find another Dr" in front of myself and my 13 yr son because i expressed displeasure of being in screening room for 40 minutes when he asked how i was... Dont waste time or money here!

I waited an hour for an appointment with Dr. Gregory that I was never even called for. I ended up rescheduling with another doctor. The office staff were friendly despite this huge waste of my life. Apparently this happens often with him. Do not schedule an appointment with Dr. Gregory.

Went to Dr. Karpinski to have a severe dysplasia on my skin excised. I had a really difficult time with the needles, but he talked me through the injections and gave me breaks when I was feeling light headed. Really took his time and is a sweet guy. The conversation during the procedure was very pleasant, and I will definitely use him when another one of my many moles comes back dysplastic after biopsy.
