Great people, friendly and courteous staff from the minute I walked in until I checked out. Top notch.

Was told by the front desk to come in on April 1st when I arrived on April 1st I was told the appointment was Wednesday May 1st. Then I was told that May 1st would not be doable because the doctor is not on that office on Wednesdays.

I convinced the VA to give another set of appointments for my skin condition that was not fixed despite the forced skin punches and because the provider dosent know what else to do. I was given 5 more months of visits, not to be told to come back in 5 months. If Dr dulay has no clue what to do next, then I need to be pushed to the next provider that does. But all staff remain friendly.
