I completed the following:
4 sessions of EMS Pelvic Floor Strengthening, Red Light Bed, Brain Tap, Localized Laser Therapy, Live02: Oxygen Contrast Training, B.E.M.E.R. Blood Flow Body, and Normatec Leg Compression in a week. This therapy helped me recover from a 6.5 hour plane ride sitting in Economy section. I was uncomfortable during the flight but today, I jumped out of bed with no lingering after effects.
