Universal Healing & Wellness (Gilbert)

I’m sharing this review on behalf of my 92-year-old grandmother:

Over the past six months, she’s been visiting Universal Healing and Wellness regularly, and the difference in her overall well-being has been incredible. The Compression Massage has really improved her circulation and reduced the swelling in her legs — something that’s brought her so much comfort. She now uses Red Light Therapy every day because it’s helped her sleep more deeply and peacefully. And since trying the BrainTap Technology, she feels more at ease and better able to manage stress and anxiety.

Started going to Universal Healing after a partial knee replacement. Began with Jorge and Kasey and highly recommend it to everyone I talk too. Jorge (the owner) pointed out that I was breathing from my upper lungs (as opposed to my lower lungs/diaphragm) and due to this, I was able to learn and practice breathing properly, which decreased my stress levels (moving from "fight or flight" to "rest and digest" mode). My cholesterol and inflammatory markers on labwork have gone down since starting oxygen therapy and red/green light bed.

I recently completed 15 therapy sessions at Universal Healing & Wellness located at The Gym, Southern Ave and Gilbert Rd. My Trainer, Robyn, at The Gym, recommended I take advantage of a promotional offer at the wellness center, and I’m very glad I did so. Jorge and all the Staff are great, they are friendly and knowledgeable, and they take plenty of time to explain each area of the Center. I was able to work with all the staff at some point, however, my preferred appointment times coincided with Kasey’s schedule, and I can’t say enough about how terrific Kasey is to work with! She remembered my preferences for compression levels, meditation programs, and red & green light bed therapy programs. She treated a tender area on my rotator cuff as well as my neck with red light laser treatment which helped both areas...

Started coming to Universal Wellness and Healing about a month ago to get myself ready for North Americans bodybuilding show at the end of August. It has definitely helped me improve my circulation, recovery, and improved sleep. All things necessary to bring the best version of myself to this bodybuilding competition! I broke a rib.and Was in a lot of pain. I ran into Jorge from UHW while waiting for a referral from my GCP for X-RAYS.
