I left for work one Friday morning, only to get a call that the neighbor set the condos on fire while cooking. I came back home to find that my entire townhouse would need to be gutted from the fire, smoke and water damage. Enter United Cleaning and Restoration. From the very beginning, they handled this devastating event with professionalism and care. Licia explained the full process and what to expect and was always available to answer questions. I left the scene in a state of shock with the clothes on my back and yet confident that UCR would take care of things for me. I went back to the condo the very next morning and met the UCR crew and the dry cleaner and began the clean-up process. They were amazing to work with.
