You have to be kidding me. After our home suffered 52% fire loss i hired this company to rebuild our home starting with a new foundation, what
a mistake i made. I now have pipes that freeze in the cold, i have a leaky
water spicket in the garage that leaks and freezes. I have tried to contact
them 3 times to repair it with no response. I did file a complaint with BBB
and still haven't any contact. I guess i will move on to the state of Ct.

honor there warranty. This company is every consumers NIGHTMARE!!

We had major mold damage hidden in our mudroom that caused our floor to collapse. We have only positive things to say about United Cleaning and Restoration. From the very beginning of our experience through project completion we have been absolutely delighted with the kindness, excellent customer service, competitive quote, timely responses, quality workmanship and a high level of ethics with a commitment to customer satisfaction at every level. By far the worst experience with a contractor. After nearly 3 months of getting the run around with minimal work completed. I ended up cancelling the contract and they still tried to charge for work not completed. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY!

Do not use this service; they are extremely unprofessional, untimely, extremely rude, definitely misogynistic and they take advantage of their clients. They're disorganized, don't have any morals or ethics in regards to how they handle business with people of color. Completely gaslit my family and I with our experience with them.

My parents business caught on fire in December 2017. UCR failed to complete the project within the 6 months timeframe that was initially given to us and my parents weren't able to reopen their business until June 2020 after needing to involve lawyers.

Do not use this service. They tried to charge us for work not done. They never got a permit from the city for doing a major plumbing job. They also threatened to prevent us from selling our home if we didn’t pay them the full amount (which included work they didn’t do). They tried to get a separate contractor who was doing other work for us to do THEIR job and blamed the other contractor when the work wasn’t done. They are misogynistic and would ONLY speak with men involved in the project. They bully you, side-step the rules and charge you for work not done. All while taking advantage of your emotional state after a tragic loss of property. Do. Not. Use. This. Service.

We had a fire in our kitchen in July 2019. The fire trucks had not even left and they were here ready to help. All of their employees from top to bottom did everything they could to make this life altering disaster so much better. From cleaning to kitchen rebuild Sheetrock painting replacement doors. I had some work done by United Cleaning and Restoration after water damage in my first floor and basement. We had to call our project manager multiple times to get a start date, which was pushed back three times, and a job that was supposed to take a week took 4 months. My husband and I had to visit our home and take pictures of things that were done incorrectly and check in with the project manager to make sure they were taken care of. They had to fire the first painter due to paint drops on almost everything he painted, and the second painter did marginally better. Spackle was left on our trim and not sanded down, our French doors were hung incorrectly twice, and the floors in our basement had to be redone after completion when we realized they were not level at all.
