We had a fire at our condo complex in Provincetown. United did a stellar job and were so responsive. Karl and Gustavo were so helpful in every way. Our condo units look amazing.

Really bad experience with this company, they hired my company to do some work for them and failed to pay the invoices, now they are emails and calls! Do not use this company

I am writing this review to shine light on how awful the process has been working with this company. What turned into an agreement to get this project finished promptly (few weeks to a month) turned into the project still not being finished to this day and we started beginning of January. Our home lets in a moderate amount of rain water from the second floor to the first which is why we needed this project done immediately. This company spent weeks going back and forth with insurance on “plans they wrote up” and most things we did not agree upon. For example, tried sending a quote for our whole downstairs kitchen and den to be remodeled knowing we were on a very tight timeline because of sensitive personal reasons.

Long story short it has been wonderful living in a home with a whole taped off section of the home next to our children’s nursery when there was asbestos...

My mother ended up with water in her furnished basement after some recent intense rain. I live out of state and needed to work with people who were professional and took ownership of the entire problem.

I spoke with Denise and she was very informative and helpful. I drove down and met the crew to let them into the house. The young man running the crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I left them there feeling pretty good after just a few minutes.

Over the next few days I got updates from my mom as they came in a couple of days to check how things were progressing and after about a week they cleared their stuff out and reset the carpet. All was good.

United was responsive when I had an oven fire. They provided equipment that took out all of the smell and smoke. I was very happy with the service.
