The fire at our home was categorized as a complete loss. Important decisions had to be made in a short time to ensure our property was secure, then cleaned, evaluated, and ultimately restored. We chose United. We have no regrets. From our original meeting and throughout the process all of our questions were answered, all of our concerns were addressed with understanding and patience. Although our project is not complete at this point the craftsmanship of their staff and professional contractors has exceeded my expectation. The staff(project manager, kitchen designer, even the owner)that we are working with are great people that are talented, knowledgeable and respond quickly.
