Our condominium complex had two small undetectable water leaks that, over a period of years, resulted in major structural damage to two stacks of suites (3 stories). Grant and his team worked closely with the engineers retained by the condo board, were thorough and thoughtful with the identification of the limits of the damage and scope definition, helped with the work planning to minimize impact to the residents, and executed the engineered retrofit design without any issues. The finished product was excellent and we have a solid trail of inspections, reports and photos to verify the work was done correctly.

Our condo had a shower leak, Ultimate was picked by the condo so this my first experience with working with a repair service in Canmore. Our shower wall had to be removed for plumbers to access the leak. The tile wall had to be replaced.

Grant the owner/operator kept me updated on the timeliness of the repairs, sent me pictures of my options as I was in Calgary at the time. He also sent me a picture once the job was done. Looks fantastic!!!!!! Loved his opinion as the original tile could not be matched due to age/discontinuation of the tile.
