I'm SO happy with all of the work that Grant and his amazing team have completed on my house this summer. What started off as a kitchen/bathroom reno has turned into a much larger renovation project since I've been VERY happy with the work! I just keep adding jobs since the quality of work has been amazing and ALWAYS done on time...and in many circumstances it's been completed early. From Day 1 the communication from both Grant, Luke and Brant has been amazing. I've also been extremely happy with the crew on site. Not only is Paul very skilled, he is also very nice and has treated this renovation with the attention as if it was his own house. Luke and his team at Ultimate Contracting recently finished a Duradeck project at our home in Canmore. The level of service was incredible. Ultimate did a fantastic job of the rebuild of my outdoor deck. Not only did they supply the Duradek membrane - but they had to ensure that the deck had proper slopes so that water could run off. My original deck either was level or sloped back towards the house.
They were very professional and the crew was very respectful of our requests.
The end product was a great looking functional deck and many of our neighbours have asked us how to get in touch with them for doing redecking as our whole neighbourhood is about 20 years old and all the decks need replacement.

I contacted Ultimate Contracting to replace 4 windows in my walk-out basement suite. Grant, the owner, was prompt to come take a look at the work to be done and to provide and estimate of costs. He was very courteous and easy to communicate with. He assigned a great team of 2, Jericho and Sheldon, who were very friendly, accommodating and offered good advice with finishing touches and trims. One of the windows was a different size, so they had to cut through a cement block foundation in order to enlarge the opening, in addition to installing that particular window. I cannot say enough about the attention to details, good workmanship and thorough clean up that the guys did. I would highly recommend Ultimate contracting for any kind of work to be done. Read more >
