We contracted with UEC ROOFING and it took several weeks before they started work the noise level was horrendous. Never having had a new roof installed prior to this, we had no idea that the noise would be so intense and no one from UEC gave us a headsup on the level of noise that we would experience. My roommate has GAD and the noise had her on the edge of her seat for several days. We were not kept in the loop as to how things were going. I don't blame the installers for this as I feel that UEC should have kept us up on the install. In fact, the project coordinator did not keep us updated at all. My roommate's name is Diane and the project coordinator kept calling her Debbie even after she was corrected as to first name.
