Overall I am satisfied with the company. The customer service is 10/10! and they did not hesitate to help me or break things down for me for better understanding. The movers that I got did their jobs. The driver of the truck was more personable and friendly. The other gentleman that did, in my opinion most of the heavy lifting and all of putting the stuff into the storage, he was a bit more closed off. Moody if you will. I asked questions and offered my help as far as how to put my things into the storage space (it was smaller than I expected) and I was told that he doesn't need my help and he's been doing this for a very long time. I don't believe that was the correct way to respond to a paying customer. He was off putting if you will.
