T&T Maids

If you are using their services to clean your home, I’m sure they’re fine. But if you’re expecting top notch service for your vacation rental, RUN in the other direction!!

I could write an essay on the issues we had with T&T maids and our vacation rental. When Tammy was in charge of less properties, the quality was good. But once she bit off more than she could chew with more properties, we had nothing but problems. Poor responsiveness, forgetting to schedule cleanings between guests, and most importantly, subpar cleaning that resulted in us having to refund guests that showed up to a filthy house! Completely unacceptable. Tammy became impossible to get ahold of and the entire experience became burdensome for us.
