Had one lady Teresa came to my place and she was sweet. Went above and beyond with the bathrooms.

They did a great job.

I was very pleased with the outcome and hopefully I can get the maid as a permanent maid.

I was hired and only was scheduled for 2 cleanings in little rock when I lived in Stuttgart and she wouldn't start my milage until I got into little rock.

I hired T & T maid service to do a deep cleaning of my home and I set up reoccurring cleaning monthly. The day of my first cleaning, one of the workers arrived late. After arriving, she got out of her car and was on the phone. Although she was late, she was in no hurry. She continued her phone conversation. Both ladies entered my residence, and I showed them what areas needed attention per the agreement. I reminded them I paid for a deep cleaning. They cleaned, and when they were done I gave them a tip and let them out. After my work day was over, I checked the house and noticed that my fixtures (with in reach) still had cob webs, my shower ledge had hair and dust on it, and my sink had some sticky residue on it. I also noticed that my fridge was wiped but had a dingy streak. There were some areas that were cleaned well and others that were ignored. They didn't clean my laundry...

I was so nervous to let someone clean my home that I didn’t know. Sarah Pruitt was assigned to us and WOW, did she show up and show out!? She has gone above and beyond what I would expect from anyone! Every interaction I have had with the company has been top notch and so helpful. I cannot express my gratitude to Sarah enough. She is an asset and I will be telling every one I know!
