T&T Maids

I used T&T for around 3 years and there was constantly a problem with scheduling. You'd think it would be simple to come every 4 weeks. Some times it was 3, sometimes 4, sometimes 5. One time it was actually 8 weeks. One time they just didn't show up. I texted and emailed and was ignored for 3 days. The people sent were never consistent. Different people all the time. Turn over there is constant. They never did cleaning up to my standards and I'm not that tough. Had stuff broken twice by them and it took forever to get compensated for the second time. There is just nothing professional about them at all. I finally had to move on because it was just way too much stress dealing with these people and feeling like I was throwing money in the garbage and having to clean after they came. The last cleaning I had was one of the worst and I let the owner know and her response...

T&T has been cleaning our Airbnb all summer. They have done an amazing job! Even the co owner that always finds something dirty had nothing to say bad. I would highly recommend their service. I wish they were closer to my regular home to clean it.

I want to say thank you T&T Maids for helping take the stress off of me in regards to cleaning. I come home every Wednesday to a clean home and I just enjoy it so much. And crawling into a bed with fresh linens on it that I didn’t have to make is so awesome. Thank you.

Tammy did not follow up by checking my property after one of her workers ‘cleaned’. When I complained that the floors were not even mopped she said I was “getting smart with her”. Guess she has enough business that she won’t need mine, ever again. Not to worry. When you treat a customer well they may tell a few people. But when you treat your customer poorly, they tell everyone. That’s what I plan to do, don’t use Tammy.

I hired T & T Maids to clean my house and I am so glad I did!!! I’m not a terrible housekeeper but never have to time to do all that is needed. It was so great to come home and have things sparkling clean. They supply their own cleaning products that are safe and nontoxic and do a fantastic job! Thank you T & T Maids, can’t wait for my next cleaning visit!!

Tammi is one of the most pleasant and professional people you will ever work with. She runs her team very efficiently and treats your home like her own. Would definitely recommend!!

I was hesitant about hiring a house cleaner. I keep my house pretty tidy and I thought the quote was a tad bit high. But when I met with Tammi and she informed me what all they do, I thought I would give it a try. Christy and Robyn were great. They did the baseboards, walls, cabinets, inside the tub, shower doors, you name it they cleaned it. What they did to my home was worth more than the cost after all and the freedom to not have to worry about the things they cleaned made me feel so much better. I do recommend giving them a try. I have now hired them for once a month cleaning. Thank you ladies.

We have had a great experience with T&T Maids of Cleaning. We list our house on Airbnb, and they clean after each of our guests have checked out. We've received nothing but excellent reviews about how clean the house is. We would highly recommend them!
